Orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground within U.S.A. We do not ship outside of the U.S.A.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If a problem occurs with the item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. We stand behind our products.
If an item arrives in a damaged or defective state, please contact us within 3 days of receipt by email or phone, then return it within 10 days of receipt. When we receive the item, we will send you another one free of charge. We will also pay the return postage on the damaged or defective item.
If you don't like the product that you bought for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receipt by email or phone, then return it within 10 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund when we receive the item. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. All items must be returned in clean, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
