Q. How do I place an order?

A. You may order online through our website or by phone. Our number is (650) 425-3118 during the hours of 9am-5pm PST 7 days a week.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Credit Card through PayPal payments only. No PayPal account is necessary to purchase with a credit card. After clicking the the Add To Cart button, you will be brought to your Shopping Cart. From here, you may click Proceed to Checkout. This will bring you to a PayPal page where you can either 1) login if you have an account or 2) pay by Credit Card without a login. To pay without a PayPal account, click the Continue link on the lower left side of the page.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. We accept returns on non-custom items, please see our store policy.

Q. How many blankets do I need?

A. Most people buy at least 2 so that one is always available when the other is in the laundry.

Q. How do you keep a blanket on a toddler?

A. Toddlers need to learn how to keep a blanket on. Just put a thin one on and in time, they'll figure it out. If you never give him one, he'll never learn! Dress warm, thin blanket, doesn't matter if the blanket keeps coming off.

Q. Will the blankets shrink?

A. All of our cottons have been pre-shrunk to minimize future shrinkage.

Q. What are the washing instructions?

A. Machine wash warm in gentle cycle, and tumble dry low. We recommend you wash and dry your blanket in a load by itself to avoid unnecessary abrasion against rougher fabrics.

Q. Can you gift wrap my purchase and send it to my recipient?

A. Definitely! All purchases are tied in a coordinating ribbon, and placed in a clear bag. We then wrap that in gift wrap tissue to send to whomever you like. We can also include a card with your message. Just let us know!

Q. Do you take custom orders?

A. Yes, custom orders are welcome! If you would like a few of the same blanket or would like to create your own using the fabrics I have available, please email us! If I have enough fabric to create what you are looking for, I will put up a listing in the "Reserved orders" section for you to purchase. After receiving your payment, it will take about a week to complete your order. At that time, we will send you an email notifying you that your order is ready and is about to ship. You should receive it 3-5 days after completion.
